Your instructors have over 25 years of state and federal law enforcement training and instruction as well as years of experience training others in the proper safety and use of firearms.  All instructors are NRA Certified and Official NRA Recruiters. The LTC curriculum uses multiple training techniques and aides to help students learn the material and retain the content.

License To Carry – CHL Class
This LTC course (formerly known as a CHL course), taught at your facility, is required to obtain your Texas License to Carry. The class includes 4-6 hours of class room instruction, a 25 question written test, and a 50 round shooting qualification. Register now on the CLASSES page above.
This class satisfies the requirements for both open carry and concealed carry class in Texas.
**** AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2013 THE TEXAS LICENSE TO CARRY COURSE FOR NEW APPLICANTS HAS BEEN REDUCED TO 4-6 HOURS. ALSO, RENEWALS NO LONGER NEED TO TAKE A CLASSROOM COURSE OR SHOOTING QUALIFICATION.
